One of the first Craft Distilleries in the US St. George Spirits from Alameda, CA has been creating high quality, locally sourced, craft spirits since 1982. An assortment of cocktails will be available for $6-$8. GM Thaddeus Dynakowski is excited to welcome them for Happy Hour and help Philadelphians learn more about one of the true originators of craft spirits. “When I started looking for smaller distilleries to work with over a decade ago St. George really stood out. They were one of the first I had heard of seeking out local ingredients to use in their spirits. Their terroir gin which uses CA wild sage and Douglas fur tips evokes Northern California so perfectly I couldn’t believe it. I have been obsessed with their spirits ever since. There is nothing more Italian than looking to the land you live on for sourcing and inspiration, very excited to have them at Fiore.”
